A suicide truck bomber hit the offices of the National Union of Kurdistan, the party of Talabani, Kurdish security forces, and the Beshmega forces. The explosion killed 105 people and injured 130 most of whom were members of the security forces and Beshmerga Kurdish soldiers, according to the Iraq News Agency. (INA, 7/16/07).
