75 Iraqis, 2 US Soldiers, British Soldier, 2 Australian Security Contractors Killed on July 17, 2007, Including 54 Executed by Death Squads

The Iraq News Agency (INA) reported the following news for Monday, July 17, 2007.

- 2 US soldiers were killed in Ninawa and Anbar provinces, a British soldier was killed in Basra attacks.

- 2 Australian security contractors were killed and a third was injured in a roadside bomb, east of Baghdad.

- 20 Iraqis were killed, including four soldiers, in the Zayoonah neighborhood, east of Baghdad, as a result of a suicide car attack on an Iraqi army patrol.

- 29 Iraqis were killed in the village of Duwailah, north of Ba'aqouba by a death squad in army uniform.

- Dr. Zaki Al-Faddagh, the famous Basra surgeon was killed after being abducted.

- 25 bodies of Iraqis executed by death squads were found in Baghdad.
