Israeli Occupation Forces Invade Cities in  Hebron and Jenin, Terrorizing Palestinians, Destroying and Confiscating Property, Kidnapping People

Israeli army carries out operations in several areas of Hebron City and Qabatiya town in Jenin

Israeli army launched military operations in several areas of the West Bank in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Operations began in Hebron City in the southern part of the West Bank where local security sources reported that Israeli occupation  forces invaded Sorif and Sa'er towns near the city, randomly opening fire on residents who pelted the army with stones and empty glass bottles, confiscating properties and terrorizing many locals.

Israeli occupation forces also invaded Hebron City and kidnapped a civilian identified as Sameeh Al-Ja'abari, 19. After invading his home, al-Ja’abari was taken to an unknown destination.

Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli occupation forces also established several roadblocks throughout the area.

In a separate operation, the Israeli occupation forces invaded Qabatiya near Jenin in the West Bank, with local sources reporting that a massive force deployed in the area, invaded the town from several directions, opened fire on many residents, invading and confiscating many properties and detaining several locals.

The Israeli occupation forces claimed they had entered the area to search for so-called “wanted Palestinians”.

The Israeli occupation forces kidnapped eight Palestinians in the occupied West Bank early on Wednesday morning.

Israeli media sources said that the Israeli occupation army kidnapped one Islamic Jihad member south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, five Fatah activists near Ramallah in the central West Bank, and two allegedly "wanted" Palestinians in Hebron in the southern West Bank.

The sources also said that the Palestinian fighters opened fire at Israeli occupation patrols in a village south of Jenin. No casualties were reported.
