A massive Israeli force along with tanks and bulldozers strops the costal city of Rafah in the southern part of the West Bank on Saturday morning and kidnapped a top sergeant Palestinian doctor who works in a local hospital.

Around 40 army vehicle stormed areas located in the Sofa crossing and Gaza international airport, located in the southern part of Rafah, troops took over a number of houses and searched scores others. During the searched soldiers forced all Palestinian men from the age of 15 to 45 to gather in a local school for interrogation.

Eyewitnesses added that soldiers a also destroyed farm land and surround a Palestininian Authority security gourds station located in the are.

During the continued military offensive Dr. Sami Abu Sininah, to Palestinian sergeant working in a local hospital was assaulted and beaten up by Israeli soldiers who after that took him to unknown location.

Israeli media sources reported that Israeli soldiers killed on Palestinian resistance fighter so far in the operation, Palestinian media reported damage to the houses but no human casualties.

Witnesses added that clashes too place between local resistance men and the invading troops, so far the sound of gun fights are still being heard form time to time.

Israeli occupation Army kills a youth, injured another, west of Hebron

Palestinian medial source in Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, reported on Friday at night that Israeli occupation soldiers shot and killed one youth, and injured another resident, after firing at them in Tafoah town, west of Hebron.

The killed resident was identified as Hijazi Mohammad Zreiqat, 17. Resident Yousef Abdul-Nabi Zreiqat was seriously injured and was moved to the Hebron Governmental Hospital.

Medical sources at the hospital stated that both residents were hit by several rounds of live ammunition.

Meanwhile, Israeli military sources claimed that soldiers fired at the two residents because “they were armed”.

Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. Radwan Al Akhras, stated on Friday at night that Israeli troops kidnapped a 12-year old child, after injuring him east of Jabalia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. A deaf resident was shot an injured in a separate attack in Beit Hanoun, also in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Dr. Al Akhras stated that soldiers shot the child, bared Palestinian ambulances from reaching him, and kidnapped him. The child was playing along with several other children in the area.

He appealed human rights groups and the UNICEF to intervene and pressure the Israeli army in order to release the injured child and to provide him with the needed medical attention.

Dr. Akhras stated that the international community must act for the protection of the Palestinian people and children.

Moreover, Dr. Al-Akhras added that Israeli soldiers fired on Friday at night a deaf resident, in Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, and injured him.

The resident was identified as Imad Tawfiq Wahdan, 27. He was injured by a round of live ammunition in his shoulder.

Dr. Al-Akhras slammed the military attacks and said that Israel should stop targeting, women, children elderly and handicapped persons
