Israeli occupation forces carry out large-scale apprehension campaign south of Nablus

Israeli occupation forces carried out a large-scale apprehension campaign in the village of Duma, south of the West Bank city of Nablus on Thursday morning, detaining 24 Fatah-affiliated men.

Palestinian local sources told Ma’an that 47 Israeli military vehicles stormed the village in the early hours of the morning, raiding dozens of civilian homes before detaining 24 civilians, including a member of the security services, a teacher and students.

The security sources announced the names of the detainees as19-year-old Zuhdi Fa’eq Farraj Dawabsheh and his 16-year-old brother Farraj, 20-year-old Sahd Ra’eq Dawabsheh, 21-year-old Muntasser Zuheir Dawabsheh, 22-year-old Ahmad Saleh Dawabsheh, 22-year-old Ahmad Zuheir Dawabsheh, 42-year-old Qassem Mohammad Thaher Dawabsheh and his two sons 25-year-old Mu’tassem and 22-year-old Mohammad, 18-year-old Mohammad Abdallah Nassr Dawabsheh, 23-year-old Sidqi Abdel Razeq Dawabsheh, 25-year-old Saleh Ahmad Dawabsheh and his 22-year-old brother Sameh, 32-year-old Shadi Khalil Radi Dawabsheh and his 18-year-old brother Thameen, 33-year-old Rasem Mohammad Abdallah Dawabsheh a member of the national security services, 19-year-old Ibrahim Khalil Mohammad Dawabsheh, 27-year-old Fadi Abdel Sattar Salawdeh and his 22-year-old brother Hassan, 18-year-old Amin Abdel Fattah Mahmoud Salawdeh and his 18-year-old brother Thameen, 19-year-old Baha’ Ahmad Jamil Salawdeh and 26-year-old Isma’il Khalil Mohammad Dawabsheh.

Duma is a village of 2000 residents and is located between a number of Israeli settlements.
