Israeli Occupation Forces Kidnap 10 Palestinian Civilians in the West Bank, Bulldoze Farmland North of Gaza IOFs kidnap 10 Palestinians [ 14/07/2009 - 01:27 PM ] QALQILIA, (PIC)-- Israeli occupation forces rounded up ten Palestinians on Monday night in various West Bank areas in line with their daily raids and arrests of Palestinian citizens. Local sources said that the IOF soldiers detained seven citizens in Qalqilia, two in Bethlehem and one in Al-Khalil. In occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli radio claimed that a 16-year-old Palestinian boy was arrested for possessing a knife north of occupied Jerusalem on Monday night. It added that the Israeli border guards detained and interrogated the young man who allegedly confessed that he was planning to assault a border guard at Sha'fat roadblock. Another Palestinian youth was detained near the Ibrahimi Mosque afternoon Monday also for possessing a knife. Eyewitnesses said that the IOF soldiers beat up the youth, from Al-Khalil city, then took him away. IOF troops bulldoze Palestinian lands [ 14/07/2009 - 04:59 PM ] GAZA, (PIC)-- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday advanced into the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Hanun amidst indiscriminate firing and bulldozed agricultural lands, eyewitnesses reported. They added that the IOF soldiers boarding a number of armored vehicles and tanks escorted huge bulldozers that went on the rampage in Palestinian cultivated lands. The witnesses reported that Palestinian resistance fighters confronted the invading units and hit an IOF jeep with an RPG before clashing with the soldiers. IOF soldiers also protected bulldozers in Beit Orif, south of Nablus district, while bulldozing 18 dunums of cultivated lands in two spots in the village.
