Palestinian man beaten by Israeli occupation soldiers

A Palestinian man was beaten by Israeli occupation soldiers at the entrance of the village of Beit Ummar, in the southern West Bank, on Monday night, medics reported.

The was man was beaten so severely that he had to be taken to a local hospital in Hebron. The identity of the man remains unknown.

Israeli occupation army kidnaps 10 Palestinians from the West Bank

Ten Palestinian men were taken by the Israeli occupation army during military invasions in the West Bank on Monday night.

As always the army stated that the men were wanted and that it took them for questioning.

During an invasion of a house in Qalqilya, the army claimed it discovered different kinds of weaponry.

Israeli occupation army warplanes airdrop soldiers into the northern West Bank

Israeli occupation army planes airdropped troops airdropped soldiers south of Jenin, in the northern West Bank on Monday night and the early morning of Tuesday.

Witnesses told that the operation began around 11pm and continued until Tuesday morning. The airdrops took place between the town of Qabatiya and the village of Kfeir.

In the village of Salilat Al-Harthiyeh an army invasion took place. Israeli soldiers patrolled the streets and launched stun grenades. No-one was injured or arrested.

Settlers burn Palestinian farmland near Nablus

Dozens of illegal Israeli settlers set fire to more than 25 dunums (25,000 square meters) of wheat fields owned by Palestinians from the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya.

Ghassan Dughlus a Palestinian official dealing with settlements in the northern West Bank said that the settlers came from the settlement of Eli, and torched farmland owned by Issa Hassan Ewis, Muhammad Hussein Ewis, Ref’at Esmael Daraghmeh and Muhammad Abdel Rahman Ewis.

Dughlus also said that Israeli soldiers delivered a demolition order to a Palestinian man, Azmi Salim Ahmad Bani Jaber, in the Al-Tawilah area near the village of Aqraba. The house is to be destroyed within 48 hours.

Settlers in the Nablus area have increased attacks on Palestinians in recent weeks, angered over the Israeli government’s decision to crack down on unauthorized settler outposts.
