AL-KHALIL, (PIC)--

Editor's Note:

The presence of the Israeli occupation forces and police in the Palestinian territories is illegal. They have no jurisdiction over Palestinian citizens. Therefore, they have no right to "arrest" Palestinians. When they take Palestinians from their home, it should be called "kidnapping," not arrest.

The illegal Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnapped 15 Palestinians in Al-Khalil (Hebron) at dawn Tuesday in an escalation in the search and kidnapping campaign in the district since the attack on an IOF patrol south of city last week.

An IOF spokesman told the Hebrew radio that his soldiers kidnapped up 21 Palestinians in Doura village, west of Al-Khalil, on suspicion of taking part in attacks on Israeli targets.

Meanwhile, Hebrew media reported that the Israeli occupation government police in Jerusalem also kidnapped 15 Palestinian youths in the holy city over the past two months on suspicion of belonging to armed resistance cells that launched several operations.

The Hebrew radio reported on Monday that the police in cooperation with the general intelligence captured the 15 Palestinians in East Jerusalem for taking part in attacks most of which took place in Silwan neighborhood.
