3 More Palestinians Killed By Israeli Occupation Soldiers, 64 in October, Including 14 Children

3rd Palestinian shot dead by Israeli troops in less than 24 hours

October 28, 2015, AL-KHALIL, (PIC)--

The Israeli occupation troops shot and killed a Palestinian, identified as Hammam Adnan Sa’id, 22, in Tal Rumeida neighborhood, in central al-Khalil city—the third execution of its kind in less than 24 hours.

Israeli media outlets confirmed the piece of news, claiming the soldiers foiled a stabbing attack against one of them at a crossroads in Tel Rumeida before they fatally shot the youth on Tuesday night.

A PIC news correspondent quoted eye-witnesses as stating that the occupation soldiers fired over 10 gunshots at the youth moments before dozens of other soldiers rushed to the scene and aggressively attacked the casualty.

The Israeli soldiers reportedly prevented ambulance paramedics from assisting the wounded youth. The latter was left bleeding to death on the ground.

A few hours earlier, Israeli soldiers shot and killed two Palestinian youths near the Gush Etzion junction, north of al-Khalil province.

Observers and human rights organizations said most of the Palestinians slain during the ongoing Jerusalem Intifada posed no threat to the occupation soldiers but were rather killed on counterfeit allegations of stabbing attempts.

“This is one of history’s rarest, and indeed most notorious, instances of field executions carried out on account of people’s intentions rather than deeds,” an activist was quoted by the PIC as stating.

“Every time the occupation soldiers take away the life of Palestinian youth they just place a knife next to his/her body, claim he/she attempted to stab them, and plan for the next murder. The same clichéd scenario has been going on and on for months now,” he added.

Large-scale illegal arrest campaign in West Bank

NABLUS, (PIC)--

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched at dawn Wednesday new raid and illegal arrest campaigns throughout occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

In al-Khalil, IOF arrested a number of local activists affiliated with Hamas Movement and ex-prisoners including Sheikh Mustafa Shawer, head of the Palestine Scholars Association.

Sheikh Shawer was arrested only six months after being released from Israeli jails.

A number of Youth Against Settlement activists were among the reported detainees. Four other youths were also detained in Aroub refugee camp in the city.

In Nablus, two youngsters were nabbed after breaking into their family homes in Beit Furik town north of the city.

A number of local homes were also stormed and searched during the raid including the home of the ex-prisoner, who is exiled to Gaza, Nimer Haj Mohamed.

The Israeli forces threatened to demolish Nimer’s home for the second time.

In Jenin, IOF arrested overnight two youths at Hawara and Zaatara military checkpoints and took them to an unknown detention center.
