Israeli Occupation Apartheid Regime Soldiers Kill a Palestinian Child, Injure, Abduct Dozens of Civilians, Demolish their Homes

November 9, 2021

Editor's Note:

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

“UN and International Development Agencies Stand by Palestinian Civil Society Organizations”

 IMEMC, NOV 9, 2021

JERUSALEM, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 (WAFA) –

The decision on 7 November of the Military Commander in the West Bank to declare by Military Orders six Palestinian human right and civil society organizations as unauthorized in the West Bank deepens the concern of the United Nations (UN) Agencies and the Association International Development Agencies (AIDA) working in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt), according to a statement.

The decision is a further erosion of civic and humanitarian space and stands to significantly constrain the work of the six organizations which have worked with the international community, including the UN, for decades, providing essential services to countless Palestinians, added the statement.

“These allegations are taken very seriously. To date, none of the UN agencies nor AIDA organizations have received written documentation which could serve as a basis for the allegations,” said United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator for the oPt, Lynn Hastings. She added that “we will continue to engage with all relevant partners for more information.”

Counter-terrorism legislation must be in accordance with obligations under international humanitarian law and international human rights law, which include full respect for the rights to freedom of association and expression. It cannot be applied to legitimate human rights and humanitarian work; the breadth of the Israeli 2016 Anti-Terrorism legislation and its impact on the presumption of innocence present serious concerns under international law, said the organizations in their statement.

“With our strong commitment to the indispensable role of civil society in democratic life and in finding peaceful solutions to conflict, many of us work with and some financially support these organizations. Past allegations of misuse of our funds by Palestinian civil society organization partners have not been substantiated. We will continue to stand by international law and civil society organizations that promote international humanitarian law, human rights and democratic values,” concluded the statement.

The UN Agencies encompass development and humanitarian entities, agencies funds and programs, and AIDA represents 83 International NGOs working in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

Additionally, on Tuesday, Israeli authorities delivered a demolition order to another Palestinian resident of the Jabal al-Mokabber neighborhood.

Furthermore, in Beit Hanina town, also in occupied East Jerusalem, a home was demolished by its Palestinian owner under the pretext of being built without a permit, according to the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Demolish Three Homes In Al-Walaja

IMEMC, NOV 9, 2021

Israeli occupation soldiers demolished, Tuesday, three Palestinian homes in the al-Walaja village, west of Bethlehem in the occupied West  Bank, allegedly for being built without permits.

Khader al-A’raj, the head of al-Walaja Village Council, said the soldiers invaded the Ein Jweiza area in the village, and demolished three homes, each about 80 square/meters, owned by Tareq Nasr Abu at-Teen and his brother Ahmad, in addition to their cousin Mohammad Hussein Abu at-Teen.

He added that the is alleging that the three homes, inhabited by the families, were constructed without permits from the Civil Administration Office, run by the Israeli occupation army in the West Bank, although they were permitted by the Village Council.

It is worth mentioning that Israel previously demolished the home of Tareq Abu at-Teen in the same area before he rebuilt it to house his family.

Ein Jweiza is subject to ongoing Israeli violations, including the demolition of dozens of homes, in addition to many current demolition and halt construction, orders.

The demolitions come to allow for the expansion and construction of Israel’s illegal colonies, built on Palestinian lands.

The Israeli violations against al-Walaja started in the 1980s when Israel implemented its plans to annex the Palestinian lands to build its illegal colonies, by denying all construction permits filed by the Palestinians, in addition to dividing the lands, zoning and designating large areas as “green zones,” to prevent the Palestinians from using them, not to mention surrounding them with the illegal Annexation Wall.

Al-Walaja is already surrounded by the illegal colonies on Gilo, Har Gilo, Givat HaMatos, and Har Homa, which were all built on stolen Palestinian lands, in addition to the large areas of lands that were annexed when Israel paved roads leading to these colonies, installing railways and designating lands as natural reserves, off-limits to the Palestinians.

Israeli Navy Attacks Palestinian Fishing Boats in Gaza

The army frequently attacks farmersshepherds, workers, and fishermen across the eastern parts of the coastal region and in Palestinian territorial waters, leading to dozens of casualties,  including fatalities, in addition to preventing the Palestinians from tending to their lands and from fishing to provide for their families.

In March of this year, the Palestinian Interior Ministry in Gaza said Israeli mines were responsible for an explosion that led to the death of three fishermen.
