"If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

President Pezeshkian made his remarks during a visit to the 'Hamas Movement’s office in Tehran this morning, where he offered his condolences on the martyrdom of the 'Hamas political chief, Ye'hya Al-Sinwar. During the visit, the Iranian President criticized the Western governments and powers that verbally advocate for human rights, democracy and international laws, but their practices contradict their words. He argued that those who promote these ideals are often the same entities that violate them, particularly in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian struggle. He said that the US and the West support Israel and supply it with weapons to commit brutal crimes against humanity while the world stands idle. President Vows Iran’s Response to Any Israeli Attack October, 22, 2024, at 12:24 Tehran local time Iranian President Mas'oud Pezeshkian cautioned the Zionist regime to brace itself for Iran’s proportional reaction to any act of aggression. Asked by reporters about the Israeli regime’s rhetoric of military action against Iran, the president underlined that the Zionist regime would be given a proportional response to any attack. He also lashed out at the US and European governments for throwing their weight behind the Israeli regime in committing genocidal crimes against Palestine. On October 1, Iran responded to the Israeli assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniya, 'Hizbullah Secretary General Seyid 'Hasan Nasrullah, and IRGC general Abbas Nilforoushan by launching as many as 200 ballistic missiles toward the Zionist regime’s military and intelligence bases all over the occupied Palestinian territories. While the Zionist regime has threatened to retaliate, Iranian officials have warned that Tehran’s reciprocal response to any Israeli action will be harsh, proportional and well-calculated. Targets Chosen for Iran’s Response to Possible Israeli Attack: Spokesman October, 21, 2024 - 13:12 Iran has made up its mind about the targets it may hit in a defensive response to the Israeli regime’s possible strike, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esma'eil Baqaei said. Asked about the reports of leaked documents describing a possible Israeli strike on Iran, Baqaei stressed at a press conference on Monday that Iran is fully prepared to respond to any act of aggression. He said Iran takes account of all authentic reports and information and relies upon the capabilities of its military forces to fend off the Zionist regime’s sinister measures. Regardless of media stories, Iran knows its job very well, the spokesman noted, adding that Tehran has made a decision about the Israeli targets that would be hit as part of Iran’s defensive reaction. Declining to comment about the authenticity of the reports on the documents that allegedly describe preparations by Israel in advance of a possible strike on Iran, Baqaei reiterated that Iran is completely prepared to respond to any strike. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the Israeli air raid targeted 3 ambulances belonging to the Islamic Health Authority in southern Lebanon. The attack resulted in the killing of 4 paramedics and severe damage to the ambulances. The Ministry denounced the “insistence of the Israeli army on violating international laws and humanitarian norms and targeting Lebanese medical and health teams.” Since September 23, the Israeli occupation army has launched the most violent and extensive attack on Lebanon since the beginning of the confrontations with 'Hizbullah about a year ago. By October 20, 2024, more than 2,464 civilians were killed and 11,530 others were injured, including a large number of women and children, in addition to more than 1,340,000 displaced persons. *** Israel bombs vicinity of Rafeeq Al-'Hareeri Hospital in Beirut, 'Hizbullah fires rockets at Israeli targets Tuesday 22-October-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime army continued on Tuesday its bloody war on Lebanon for the 30th day in a row, with ongoing air and artillery shelling that targeted the capital Beirut, the eastern Biqaa', and various areas of the country, especially the south, while 'Hizbullah continued its counterattacks, targeting Tel Aviv and Haifa. The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Monday (October 21, 2024) that 13 people were killed and 57 were injured as a result of an Israeli airstrike that targeted the vicinity of the Rafeeq Al-'Hareeri Hospital, bringing the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon to 2,487 martyrs and 11,628 wounded. Rescue and ambulance crews were still working on removing the rubble in search for survivors, following the Israeli raid that targeted the area around Rafeeq Al-'Hareeri University Hospital, the ministry added. The Israeli air force launched overnight more than 13 strikes targeting several towns and villages in the country, including central, eastern, and southern Lebanon. The Director of the Sa'hil Hospital in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Fadi 'Alama, said that the hospital evacuated the patient and medical staff, after the Israeli army claimed to have spotted a money cache underneath it. 'Alama refuted the Israeli allegations about Hezbollah storing money underneath the hospital, saying that they are unfounded lies. He expressed his concern over the Israeli intention to use these allegations as a prelude to directly target the health sector. The Israeli army has been launching airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut and other areas on Sunday evening, claiming they were targeting the sites of Hezbollah’s financial wing in Lebanon. For its part, Hezbollah announced on Tuesday morning that it had bombarded Tel Aviv and Haifa with rocket barrages, causing the Lod (Ben Gurion) Airport to shut down. The Israeli Home Front Command in the Israeli army announced that sirens sounded this morning in central Israel, Greater Tel Aviv, Caesarea, Herzliya and areas south of 'Haifa as a result of rockets being fired from Lebanon. Hebrew media reported that huge explosions were heard over Tel Aviv, indicating that 'Hizbullah’s missiles were intercepted. Media outlets indicated that air traffic was completely halted at Ben Gurion Airport, as the army declared emergency measures in the Tel Aviv area. On Monday evening, 'Hezbullah announced that its fighters carried out 21 missile and suicide drone attacks against Israeli targets on Monday in central and northern Israel. The party announced that it had bombed the Glilot base of the Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 8200 in the suburbs of Tel Aviv. It said in a statement that the bombing came “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people.” 'Hizbullah added that its air defense unit was able to shoot down an Israeli Hermes 900 drone on Sunday evening. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime army radio confirmed that 20 missiles were launched from Lebanon towards Tel Aviv, the Upper Galilee, and the northern occupied Syrian territory of the Golan Heights. *** Several Lebanese civilians killed, others injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting several towns in in southern Lebanon BEURIT, October, 22, 2024 (WAFA) – The occupation's aggression continues on several Lebanese regions, resulting in the killing and injury of a number of people, amid widespread destruction of buildings, facilities and infrastructure. Y.S. *** Israeli Aggression on Lebanon Enters Day 30: Intense Bombardments on South, Al-Biqaa', Al-Dha'hiya On the 30th day of its relentless assault on Lebanon, the Israeli enemy escalated its brutal aggression with a series of intense airstrikes targeting multiple regions, including southern towns, Al-Biqaa' Valley, and Beirut’s southern suburb (Al-Dha'hiya). South Lebanon Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes on the southern towns of Al-Khiyam and Yu'hmur Al-Shuqaif early this morning. Additionally, the Israeli occupation forces conducted extensive sweeping operations using machine guns directed toward the town of Kfar Kila. The outskirts of the towns of 'Aita Al-Sh'ab and Al-Qouzah were subjected to fire from the enemy’s machine guns, which also targeted nearby forests along the international border. An Israeli drone struck the area between Saksakiya and Sarafand while warplanes targeted a house in the town of Al-Sha'aitiya, reportedly resulting in casualties. Moreover, IOFs warplanes carried out an airstrike between the towns of Yater and Kfarra, following earlier strikes on the towns of Tayr 'Harfa and Al-Jubbain. The aerial assault on the Kfarjouz area in Nabatiyeh resulted in the complete destruction of three residential buildings and the Badruddeen villa, reducing a residential block to rubble and causing extensive material damage in the vicinity. The Israeli occupation intensified artillery shelling at dawn on the towns of 'Aita Al-Sh'ab, Ramiya, Naqoura, 'Alma Al-Sh'ab, Tayr 'Harfa, Al-Dthahira, and Al-Bustan. In an opinion piece for The Intercept, Beirut-based journalist Séamus Malekafzali shed light on the complexities of the ongoing Israeli invasion of Lebanon. While Israeli media portrays their military operations as a resounding success, with high-profile PR efforts showcasing captured territory and alleged Hezbollah deserters, the situation on the ground tells a different story. Malekafzali noted that Israeli advances have rarely extended beyond border towns, and 'Hizbullah fighters remain active in the region, continuing to inflict casualties on Israeli forces. He highlighted a recent drone strike by 'Hizbullah deep into Israeli territory, which killed soldiers at a military base near 'Haifa, along with missile strikes reaching Tel Aviv. Despite the assassination of key 'Hizbullah leaders, rumors of the group's downfall have been greatly exaggerated, according to Malekafzali. Moreover, while "Israel" and the US are already discussing a post-'Hizbullah Lebanon, a claimed popular uprising against the organization remains largely speculative. Malekafzali critiqued this vision, noting that Israeli leaders have kept the details intentionally vague, leaving their hopes for a civilian revolt against Hezbollah more as a rhetorical goal than a tangible plan. Lapid’s vision overlooks 'Hizbullah’s stronghold and support base Malekafzali appraised the proposal by Yair Lapid, former Israeli Prime Minister and current opposition leader, to reshape Lebanon in the wake of the Israeli invasion. Despite Lapid’s political differences with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his plan for Lebanon closely mirrors Netanyahu’s, including a controversial call to reestablish the South Lebanon Army—a proxy force that "Israel" supported until 2000. Lapid suggested recruiting Lebanese soldiers with higher salaries, trained by French, Emirati, and American officers, rather than Israelis. More strikingly, Lapid advocated for dissolving the Lebanese government and placing the country under an international mandate, after which new elections would be held to form a government that excludes Hezbollah. Malekafzali highlighted the inherent absurdity and orientalism of this idea, noting that Hezbollah is not just a powerful military entity but also a political force with significant popular support, particularly in southern Beirut and parts of southern Lebanon. The movement, while not holding the majority in Lebanon’s parliament, garnered the most votes of any single party in the last election and is viewed by many Lebanese as a key defender against Israeli aggression, credited with helping expel Israeli forces in 2000 and rebuilding areas devastated during the 2006 war. According to Malekafzali, while opposition to Hezbollah exists within Lebanon, the movement remained an integral part of Lebanese society, and any attempt to remove it entirely misunderstands its deep-rooted significance. US seizes opportunity amid Lebanon war to push for new leadership Malekafzali highlighted how the United States appears unbothered by "Israel’s" overtly aggressive plans in Lebanon. The US has refrained from advocating for a ceasefire, viewing the ongoing war as an opportunity to weaken Hezbollah’s influence. As part of this strategy, Washington is reportedly pushing for the election of a new Lebanese president while assuming that Hezbollah’s focus is diverted. US envoy Amos Hochstein inadvertently hinted at this agenda during an interview with LBC, stating, “Until we select — once Lebanon selects a president.” In response to concerns raised by Lebanon’s parliamentary speaker about the safety of Hezbollah MPs, given "Israel’s" assassination strikes against Hezbollah leaders in Beirut, a U.N. coordinator admitted, “No one can guarantee that this will not happen.” In Malekafzali's view, the United States is crafting an idealized vision of Lebanon, simultaneously engaging with Lebanese leaders and conducting diplomacy while promoting the notion of a future Lebanon where its people "can choose their own representatives." This rhetoric, as per the author, mirrors George W. Bush's statements about Iraq under Saddam Hussein. However, despite this talk of democratic choice, there is little evidence that the majority of Lebanese citizens would elect representatives that align with US and Israeli approval. As the US constructs this narrative, the Israeli military actions reflect a belief that Lebanon cannot be entrusted with "true democracy", prompting the expulsion of Lebanese residents from the south, the author wrote. Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari recently claimed that every house in a southern Lebanese village was part of Hezbollah’s infrastructure. Footage has surfaced showing Israeli troops demolishing entire villages with planted explosives. The piece concluded by suggesting that the US and "Israel" may ultimately back a vision of Lebanon similar to what former Israeli Security Minister Moshe Dayan once envisioned, "One where the south is under Israeli control, and in the seat of power in Beirut, an installed leader who will want nothing more than to give Israel everything it wants." *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On October 22, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in at least 7 main massacres, in which 117 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 487 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). Since the beginning of the olive harvest season, the Rameen Plain has been subjected to almost daily attacks by colonists, involving physical assaults, property destruction, the forcible expulsion of farmers at gunpoint, the release of livestock onto their land and crop theft. The olive harvest season is crucial for thousands of Palestinian families, many of whom rely on it for their livelihood. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers establish new colonial outpost on Palestinian land southwest of Salfit SALFIT, October 22, 2024 (WAFA) - A group of the illegal Israeli settlers set up on Tuesday a new illegal settler outpost, built on Palestinian land in the village of Farkha, southwest of Salfeet, according to a local official. Head of the Farkha village council, Mustafa 'Hamad, told WAFA that colonists, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, began setting up a new colonial outpost in the western part of Farkha village, placing building materials and caravans on the site. This outpost is an extension of the illegal Ariel colony, which occupies approximately 1,250 dunums of land. The official stated that approximately 800 dunums of olive groves surround the confiscated land, including a water source providing 40% of the village's water supply. The area is also home to a Bedouin community at risk of forced displacement. Several months ago, the occupation forces began preparing the site and opening a new colonial road leading to the area. T.R. *** Thousands of the illegal Israeli settlers storm hilltop south of Nablus NABLUS, October 22, 2024 (WAFA) – Thousands of Israeli colonists Tuesday evening stormed the top of the Jabal Sabee'h in the Baita town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to a local official. Ma'hmoud Barham, head of the Baita Village Council, said that thousands of colonists, including Yossi Dagan, head of the settlements council in the northern West Bank, a broke into the top of Jabal Sabee'h (Sabee'h Mount) to participate in a concert. The top of Jabal Sabee'h has become a scene of weekly rallies by Palestinians against the pillage of their land. In late June, the Israeli occupation authorities imposed punitive measures on the Palestinian Authority and approved five flashpoint colonies, including Evyatar, initially established in 2021 atop Jabal Sabee'h, which enjoys a strategic location as it overlooks the Jordan Valley, a fertile strip of land running west along the Jordan River which makes up approximately 30% of the occupied West Bank. Colonial outposts are established informally by colonists without prior approval from the Israeli government. They are often formalized or legalized a few years after establishment. Following relentless Palestinian protests against the land grab, the government struck a deal with settler leaders that saw dozens of settlers evacuated from the outpost in July 2021, leaving a military presence in the area. Far-right and pro-settler leaders, including Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, had vowed repeatedly to return settlers to the outpost. Seizing the two hilltops represents a panoptical defensive tool as they would grant the Israeli occupation with a panoramic view over the Jordan Valley and the whole district of Nablus. This is why the Israeli occupation authorities have assigned them a place in its colonial settlement expansion project. The construction of the two colonial outposts atop Mount Sabee'h, south of Baita, and Mount Al-Arma, north of the town, besides to a bypass road to the west is an Israeli measure to push Palestinian villages and towns into crowded enclaves, ghettos, surrounded by walls, settlements and military installations, and disrupt their geographic contiguity with other parts of the West Bank. The number of the illegal Israeli settlers living in the illegal Jewish-only settlements across Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and the West Bank in violation of international law has jumped to over 700,000 since the signing of Oslo Accords in 1993. Israel’s nation-state law, passed in July 2018, enshrines Jewish supremacy, and states that building and strengthening the colonial settlements is a “national interest.” K.F. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** QB: An Israeli female captive killed in northern Gaza Tuesday 22-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said on Monday that an Israeli female captive was recently killed in one of the combat zones in northern Gaza in mysterious circumstances. “The circumstances of the incident are being investigated and we do not intend to publish the name of the female prisoner killed for security reasons,” an official source from the Brigades told Al Jazeera satellite channel. Since early October, a renewed Israeli military campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya town and its refugee camp, have massacred and injured hundreds of Palestinian civilians and targeted homes, hospitals, shelter centers, and defenseless people walking or standing in streets. The Israeli campaign in northern Gaza is seen as the deadliest and most destructive since the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza started, more than year ago. *** Euro-Med: Israel systematically expels north Gaza residents through massacres and destruction Tuesday 22-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has accused Israel of systematically and extensively working on expelling and displacing Palestinian citizens from their areas in northern Gaza through committing massacres and destroying everything. “The massacres that are being committed on the ground by the Israeli army indicates that there is a plan being implemented at an unprecedented speed to empty the land of its inhabitants and eliminate the Palestinian presence, while the residents who refuse or unable to evacuate their homes are treated as terrorists and face killing and direct targeting,” Euro-Med said in a statement on Tuesday. “Israeli aircraft dropped leaflets on Tuesday morning, October 22, demanding the residents of Bait Lahya, including those in shelters and hospitals, to forcibly evacuate the area and head towards the Indonesian Hospital in Jabalya, where the occupation forces have a checkpoint, before forcing the residents to leave northern Gaza in its entirety, as happened during the past two days to thousands who were in shelters around the Indonesian Hospitals,” Euro-Med pointed out. The new Israeli displacement order also targets the civilians at the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in Bait Lahya, which receives the largest number of casualties, according to Euro-Med. During the first days of the recent Israeli aggression in northern Gaza, the medical crews at the Kamal 'Udwan had refused to respond to a similar evacuation order. “The Kamal 'Udwan Hospital is facing major challenges in its work as a result of the lack of blood units and medical consumables, which have run out, and the ongoing bombardment around the building, in addition to the exhaustion of the medical staff who received hundreds of killed and wounded citizens during 18 days,” Euro-Med said. “Israeli forces bombed most of the shelter centers in Jabalya camp and Jabalya [city], targeting the displaced people to force them to comply with the orders and plans of displacement. They also targeted them while they were responding to that — an incident that happened once again on Monday when they attacked Al-Fawqa School, killing 17 Palestinians and injuring dozens,” Euro-Med affirmed. Euro-Med called on the UN anew to declare the northern Gaza Strip a disaster area, take immediate action in this regard, and force Israel to stop its genocidal crimes there. *** PCDS: IOFs are practicing starvation policy to evacuate northern Gaza Monday 21-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The spokesman for the Palestinian Civil Defense Society (PCDS) in Gaza said on Monday that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) are practicing a policy of starvation, exhaustion, and abuse against Palestinians in Jabalya with the aim of evacuating the northern Gaza Strip. Mahmoud Basal emphasized that “whoever did not die from the bombing will die of hunger,” as the Israeli army is starving the population by enforcing a stifling siege on the region. He pointed out that some families that the PCDS crews were able to reach said that they “have not eaten for 5 days since they were targeted by the IOFs.” He noted that the Israeli army is now bombing shelters and any civilian gatherings in an attempt to force them to evacuate to Gaza City after bombing residential areas. To inflict the greatest number of martyrs and wounded on the population, the occupation army not only forced them to flee but also bombed, killed, tortured, and humiliated them, he said. The lack of capabilities and the difficulty of accessing the bombing sites in areas designated by the Israeli army as “red zones that are prohibited to reach” limit the PCDS teams’ ability to perform their duties as needed, he noted. He called on international organizations and the international community to put pressure on Israel to permit civil defense and medical teams to reach these areas, explaining that many injured people stay alive under the debris for several days after their homes were bombed, but rescue teams are unable to get to them because of the bombing. More than 600 Palestinians have been killed since Israel started invading Jabalya on October 5, according to Basal, who also noted that civil defense teams are unable to reach the bodies of dozens of dead who are still on the streets and beneath the debris. In a statement, the UN Human Rights Office said Israeli forces demolished a block of homes in Jabalya on Monday, while also hitting at least three UNRWA schools there. The UN Human Rights Office said it is concerned Israel “may be causing the destruction of the Palestinian population in Gaza’s northernmost governorate through death and displacement.” Since October 7, 2023, the IOFs has been conducting a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring roughly 141,000 Palestinians, most of whom were children and women. In addition, over 10,000 people are still missing amid widespread destruction and famine, which has claimed the lives of thousands of children. This came in total disregard to the UN Security Council resolution that called for an end to the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, as well as the International Court of Justice’s ruling that urged for immediate measures to be taken to prevent acts of genocide and to improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza. *** UNRWA: Israel continues to deny humanitarian missions to reach north Gaza Monday 21-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said that the Israeli authorities are preventing the entry of humanitarian aid into the northern Gaza Strip. The Israeli Authorities continue to deny humanitarian missions to reach the north with critical supplies including medicine and food for people under siege, Lazzarini said in an X post. UNRWA remaining shelters are so overcrowded, he further said, pointing out that some displaced people are now forced to live in the toilets. “Hospitals have been hit and are left without power, while injured people are left without care.” Denying and weaponing humanitarian assistance to achieve military purposes is a sign of how low the moral compass is, he stressed. “Humanitarian agencies including UNRWA must get access to north Gaza.” “A ceasefire is the beginning to putting an end to this endless nightmare.” *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
