This extraordinary coming together of Palestinians and their supporters marked the 60th year of the Nakba and Struggle to Return.
 
The inspiring speeches of Bishop Atallah Hanna and Dr. Shaikh Tayseer Tamimi in Arabic are provided with subtitles in English. Both of these keynote speakers affirmed the importance and sacredness of the implementation of the right of Palestinians to return to their homes and lands of origin.
 
Dr. Salman Abu Sitta's factual and educational presentation about the Nakba and its ongoing consequences also stressed the importance of reinvigorating the Palestine National Council as a more truly representative body and outlined a viable and important mechanism to do so.
